Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris
Requirements:
