We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Moncton North) Ltd. in a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, to a high standard.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
- Client focus, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
The Pizza Cook will work in a restaurant environment in an urban area, with public transportation available.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Pizza Cook will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
