Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Hardcastle Formwork Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in construction activities: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix and pour materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Operate equipment: Assist in operating various equipment and machinery, including bobcats, moles, concrete vibrators, and more.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical capabilities: Physically demanding, fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
