Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase innovative cooking methods and introduce new kitchen equipment to the culinary team.
  • Develop and refine unique recipes that enhance our menu offerings.
  • Guide kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
  • Oversee the activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regularly prepare and cook meals, catering to both everyday patrons and special events.
  • Design menus that align with quality standards and customer preferences.
  • Prepare meals accommodating customers with dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Educate staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
Culinary Focus Areas
  • Expertise in South Indian cuisine
  • Knowledge of Szechuan flavors
  • Experience with East Indian dishes
  • Proficiency in Vegetarian cooking
  • Familiarity with West Indian culinary traditions
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Work will be conducted primarily in English.
  • Expected working hours range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
