About the Role

Unified Purchasing Group (Canada) Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing analytics support to suppliers, distributors, and various departments within YUM Brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate item performance and make recommendations for re-orders, consolidations, and return-to-vendors.
  • Partner with merchants and suppliers on inventory planning, inventory flow strategies, vendor requirements, and capabilities.
  • Create and update store clusters using the ranking template to effectively allocate product to the right stores.
  • Forecast product at the distributor and supplier level, and reconcile with the procurement team.
  • Represent the area at various meetings, communicating key messages and providing input and recommendations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and distributors to resolve discrepancies, such as inventory, stock outs, and price.
  • Create, review, analyze, and provide recommendations on various reports to ensure supplier and distributor inventory compliance.
  • Identify discrepancies and risk, and work with distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders to correct and minimize risk.
  • Meet and exceed minimum fill rate KPI requirements for the concept.
Requirements
  • Community College Diploma or University Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the food manufacturing or food service industry.
  • Actively working towards a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or equivalent.
  • Experience with Inventory Management Systems and proficiency in word, excel, and PowerBI applications.
Working Conditions

Primarily in an open office environment, sitting for extended periods of time. Travel locally as required.
