Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the multifamily residential sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
