Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at SSS Liquor LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform purchasing decisions, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
