About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at EZmart Venture Pvt Ltd. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and price scanners.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
