Key Responsibilities

  • Typing, proofreading, and finalizing financial statements.
  • Preparing tax packages for clients using TaxPrep.
  • Supporting staff with respect to financial statements, including formatting and problem-solving.
  • Generating reports for monthly deliverables.
  • Performing other general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy).
  • Knowledge of CaseWare, an asset (training available).
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.
  • French is a must, English is an asset.
