Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities at Shiny Trucks Detailing & Polishing. This position involves overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services needed, such as maintenance or repairs.
  • Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their duties as necessary.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
