Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bandis Vision. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to our staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee report preparation and distribution.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Set up and manage both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
