We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at NEW ORIGIN FRESH TRADE CO.
Key Responsibilities- Shipment Planning: Determine the most efficient method of shipment to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Schedule distribution of goods and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Documentation: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy.
- Warehouse Operations: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received.
- Transportation Coordination: Oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 15 to 40 hours per week.
