Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage and coordinate daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
    • Lead and mentor team members, providing necessary guidance and training.
    • Ensure all work meets high standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.
    • Conduct site visits with clients to discuss project needs and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review completed work to ensure it aligns with the company's quality benchmarks and client expectations.
    • Identify and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
  • Material Coordination:
    • Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to job sites.
    • Manage inventory and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for each project.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including time tracking, material usage, and job progress.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management as needed.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years in roofing and general construction.
    • A proven history of managing and leading construction teams on-site.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials and installation methods, including metal, rubber, cedar, solar, and fiberglass.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Requirements:
    • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
