Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Ten Ren Tea Co. (Ontario) Ltd. This role requires a strong foundation in visual arts and the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor junior graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
  • Assess project timelines for graphic design and illustration tasks
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Manage all facets of production for print, audio-visual, or digital materials
  • Engage with clients to define the overall aesthetic, graphic components, and content of marketing materials
  • Select the most effective medium to achieve the desired visual impact and communication goals
  • Create graphic elements that align with client objectives
  • Set guidelines for illustrators or photographers
  • Draft sketches, layouts, and graphic components
  • Utilize existing photo and illustration resources and typography standards
