Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and sanitize meats for cutting and processing.
  • Craft custom cuts of meat as per customer requests.
  • Trim and package standard meat cuts efficiently.
  • Remove bones from various meat products.
  • Cut poultry and fish into specified portions.
  • Grind and slice meats for diverse culinary applications.
  • Design appealing displays of meat, poultry, and fish products.
  • Shape and tie roasts and other meat cuts for presentation.
Work Environment
  • Job involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • This position is physically demanding.
