About the Role

Rurka Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that we are always operating within our budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain construction equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced construction environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
