About the Role

At Fortinos, we're seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering expert advice and guidance on floral arrangements and products.
• Design and create innovative and visually appealing floral arrangements using fresh, silk, and dried flowers.
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays within the floral department.
• Process floral orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards.
• Supervise part-time employees when assigned as department lead.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Contribute to the operation of the Garden Centre.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in floral design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
