- Retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) is an asset
- Investment Funds in Canada Course & License (IFIC), Personal Financial Service Advice (PFSA), and Financial Planning I (FP1) certifications are valuable assets
