Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales team at 5139415 Manitoba Ltd.. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales personnel, including apprentices and design teams.
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage payment processes.
  • Procure merchandise and manage inventory levels.
  • Handle merchandise returns and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for the sales team.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Oversee inventory organization and management.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales personnel.
  • Manage cash flow and financial reporting.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Oversee office and volunteer staff operations.
