Job Description

Next Power Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check.
  • Work under pressure and attention to detail.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
