We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Silverfox pub & liquor store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store coverage.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
