Position Overview: As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the newly established Revenue Operations Strategy team within the larger revenue operations framework.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary function will be to serve as both an advisor and an operator to Sales Executives as we enhance and evolve our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This role will involve:
- Comprehensive management of GTM planning, growth strategies, quota modeling, forecasting, and data analytics.
- Leading and executing company-wide GTM initiatives that will influence our growth trajectory while providing strategic counsel to sales executives and cross-functional partners.
- Acting as a subject matter expert within the business unit, embodying both operational and strategic perspectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for building and nurturing relationships. You should be able to:
- Engage in detailed analysis while simplifying complex information into actionable strategic recommendations for executive review.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and Salesforce reporting, with a preference for experience in Python.
- Develop GTM strategies, including segmentation, territory allocation, quota distribution, and resource management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to the establishment of forecasting excellence to ensure data-driven, predictable growth and scalable processes across all business units.
- Analyze data and present insights to leadership while overseeing execution and outcomes.
- Define key performance indicators and create automated reporting views to derive insights into business health and facilitate executive-level reviews.
Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $89,000 to $121,000 USD, or $85,000 to $115,000 CAD, complemented by immediate access to 1Password's comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, dental, and retirement plans, along with generous paid time off, equity grants, and potential participation in incentive programs.
Work Environment: At 1Password, we value remote work and recognize the importance of occasional in-person interactions to foster our mission. While we operate as a remote-first organization, some travel for team engagement and customer events may be required.
