Job Title: Cloud Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our team at Axelon Services Corporation. As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based network infrastructure for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based network infrastructure using Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based network infrastructure with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based network monitoring and analytics tools to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on cloud-based network infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking, DC design.
  • 4+ years of experience with Cloud PaaS and/or IaaS (Google, Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of IaC: Ansible, Terraform, AWS Cloudformation, Azure RM template.
  • Solid understanding of client/server, networking and Internet technologies.
  • Knowledge of Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS VPNs, VxLAN, Multicast.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge on Cloud Networking and Security best practices: Public (Google, AWS, Azure) and Private (Kubernetes) Cloud Technologies is desirable.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Azure architectural principles and key networking services such as : Google Global VPC Design, Cloud Router, NCC, Interconnect.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Openshift; Knowledge of Calico CNI is a plus.
