Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at Bellevue Park Senior Living, a beautiful assisted living and long-term care facility in Aldergrove, BC.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Supervise and direct care staff to ensure high-quality care is provided.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
