Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and issues.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as necessary.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services on vehicles.
  • Document problems and work performed in detailed reports.
Certifications Required
  • Tire, wheel, and rim mechanic certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician (Fuel and Electrical Systems) Trade Certification.
  • Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate.
