Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for the Edmonton branch, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently manage the posting and payment of trade record sheets.
- Conveyancing Tasks: Handle invoicing and general tasks related to real estate conveyancing.
- Documentation & Research: Retrieve land titles, tax records, and corporate information as necessary.
- Deposit Management: Execute electronic money deposits with accuracy.
- Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile Trust and General accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Reception Support: Provide backup for reception duties, including answering and directing calls to agents, with a focus on low-volume tasks.
- Software Utilization: Employ Sage 50 for accounting responsibilities, with advanced Excel skills being crucial.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive accounts payable and receivable experience.

- Experience with Sage 50 is advantageous.
- Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and work autonomously.
- Prior experience in real estate or commercial transactions is beneficial.
