Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Extensive background in information technology, internal auditing, and SOX compliance
- Proven leadership and management skills

Skills:

Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Knowledge of AI, Data Analytics, and Oracle systems
