- Perform direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments, to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to the growth and development of Concentra's patient care services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with expertise in modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
As a Physical Therapist PRN at Concentra, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $55-$65, depending on experience and location.
