Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Transaction Processing
    • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
    • Restock shelves and supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • No prior experience necessary, but previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
