About Rozie's Cafe

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are following established procedures and protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet established standards for cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
