Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at New Wave Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric approach, promoting products and services to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize store performance.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Urban area, Vape shop, Retail business
- Transportation: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Handling heavy loads, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
