Key Responsibilities
- Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our business goals.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Operational Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
