About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at PIU Supply Chain Management. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods: Research and recommend the most efficient shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with internal teams to schedule the distribution of goods to meet customer demands.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Ensure that all containers and crates are properly assembled and labeled for shipping.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Route Goods: Route goods to the appropriate storage areas within the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack goods for shipping and unpack goods received to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Work Term: Work on a permanent basis.
  • Work Language: Fluent in English.
  • Hours: Work 40 hours per week.
