About the Role

Avanta Dealer Services Corp. is a leading provider of warranty and vehicle protection products to the retail automotive industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&I Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business managers, general managers, and dealer principals to promote our innovative products
  • Provide training and support to dealers to maximize their results and profitability with our products
  • Analyze customer needs and provide clear and concise product descriptions
  • Document activities and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in weekly sales calls and training webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
What We Offer
  • A minimum guarantee of $5,000 per month

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to meet with customers and dealers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on the road and have a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
