Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct routine checks and assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
