Position Overview:
Bio-Techne is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to support our mission in Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, assemble, and test cartridges using established procedures and protocols
- Follow all work instructions and accurately record production information
- Utilize computer systems to perform tests and record data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Work with precision instruments, including microscopes, for extended periods
- Maintain and calibrate hand tools and equipment for assembly and testing
- Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination for delicate assembly tasks
- Adhere to strict gowning protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) Columns or microfluidics assembly is highly desirable
- Background in electronic or medical device assembly is a significant advantage
