Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager at Expleo, you will play a key role in driving our organization's digital transformation strategy and operational execution. You will partner with key executives, sponsors, leaders, and business teams across all initiatives to embed change across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the digital transformation strategy
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives and present for approval
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital transformation initiatives
  • Prioritize portfolio of initiatives in conjunction with the deployment of Operational Excellence and IT to ensure strategic alignment and desired business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to leadership and key stakeholders regularly
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to digital initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address challenges to ensure project success
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of digital transformation projects
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in program management, the capacity to influence without authority, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of at least five (5) years as a Project/Program Manager, leading digital transformation initiatives in a similar industry
  • Business degree required, MBA or PMP an asset
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business
  • Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills, able to develop creative ideas/solutions by engaging the business/subject matter experts and challenging the status quo
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills in both English and French, including strong written skills in both languages
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
