Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them to our brand products. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and achieving sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and match them to our brand products
- Identify opportunities and anticipate customer needs to achieve sales goals
- Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote our brand products
- Represent our brand in-store and at local community events
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Customer experience skills to provide positive customer interactions
- Adaptability to respond to changes in the store environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks efficiently
- Critical thinking skills to navigate unexpected situations
