Job Title: Director of Professional Standards and Claims Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our compliance team as a Director of Professional Standards and Claims Management. This role will be responsible for the development and oversight of our professional standards program, including the management of professional indemnity claims made against the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain professional standards policies and documents
  • Collaborate with management team to drive compliance with professional standards
  • Manage professional indemnity claims made against the organization
  • Report claims activity and outcomes to risk management and insurance team
  • Oversee robust privacy and compliance management program
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, business, or a related field
  • 10 years of loss adjusting and litigation management experience with direct experience with professional indemnity (E&O) claims
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Expert level knowledge of claims management, including loss adjusting, mediation, and litigation management experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
