About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at De La Rosa household. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Assist with medication administration, as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Dependability, organized, reliability, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
