Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at TecDale Group inc. as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and advice to users on computer hardware and software
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software
  • Supervise other technical support workers
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
Work Environment

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced environment. You will work under pressure and be required to have excellent attention to detail. You will be part of a team and will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
