Your Role:
As an IAM Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring, maintaining, and providing support for IAM platforms.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying IAM solutions tailored to specific services and integrations.
  • Implementing custom interfaces and components utilizing Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
  • Staying informed about trends, tools, and methodologies in the IAM landscape.
  • Collaborating with architects, users, and stakeholders to create effective solutions in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proposing testing and monitoring strategies for IAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Transferring technical knowledge to client teams regarding specific implementations.
  • Utilizing technology-based tools and methodologies for service design and implementation.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
  • Creating and maintaining clear and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IAM developer.
  • Experience with development and configuration of IAM products such as ForgeRock, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
  • A solid understanding of Active Directory and/or LDAP.
  • Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On and Federation protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication solutions and protocols.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and shell scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure.
  • A demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
