As a Mechanical Energy Engineer, you will play a crucial role in advancing our energy solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative mechanical systems that promote sustainability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your undergraduate degree in mechanical or integrated engineering from an accredited institution to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Leverage your 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering to deliver high-quality results.
- Engage with HVAC systems and low carbon or district energy systems to enhance our project offerings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed designs for renewable energy technologies, including geoexchange, biomass, waste heat recovery, combined heat and power (CHP), and district heating/cooling systems.
- Prepare and review specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Deliver comprehensive designs and audits for modern HVAC and process heating systems, focusing on commercial hydronic heating and cooling systems, heat pumps, high-efficiency boilers, heat exchangers, and wastewater heating systems.
- Utilize your knowledge of instrumentation and controls to optimize system performance.
- Employ AutoCAD and Revit, along with hydraulic and thermal stress modeling tools, to support project development.
- Demonstrate your ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Manage multiple projects and clients effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate teamwork.
- Be a committed team player, self-motivated, and capable of fostering client relationships.
- Show enthusiasm for bringing in new clients and projects.
