Job Title: Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper to join our team at SARTE HEATING AND COOLING LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist our experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
  • Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work will involve bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as handling heavy loads.
