About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at EAT WELL ETHNIC FOODS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure that our team is equipped to meet the demands of our business.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to provide insights into our operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Control: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to ensure that production targets are met and that the production process runs smoothly.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that our production process is well-stocked and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, reliability
