Key Responsibilities
  • Install plumbing fixtures and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
  • Conduct repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures across various settings.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications to establish plumbing layouts, including water supply and drainage systems.
  • Identify and mark locations for pipe connections and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Prepare openings in walls and floors for pipe installation.
  • Assemble pipes using various methods including couplings, clamps, and welding techniques.
  • Perform leak tests on pipes using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Assess piping system requirements and determine appropriate pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to meet project specifications.
