About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Sachtek Global Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Work Environment

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
