About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Designer/Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team at EF Education First. As a key member of our Marketing & Creative team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement motion graphics and design concepts for social media, paid campaigns, landing pages, and emails.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, under tight deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and inject fresh ideas into every project.
  • Support the creation of bilingual content in English and French.
Requirements
  • Professional design experience, preferably in an in-house team or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • A keen eye for sourcing images, footage, music, and other assets.
  • Demonstrated experience in motion graphics with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.
