Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Canadian Heart Care. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their website requirements and develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Design and develop website mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the client's vision.
  • Source and select information for inclusion on the website, and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the site.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Research and evaluate interactive media software products to ensure they meet our clients' needs.
  • Conduct usability testing to ensure the website is user-friendly and meets our clients' expectations.
Requirements:
  • Agile development methodology
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and XD
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
  • Experience with HTML editing software and content management systems like WordPress
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
