Roofing Supervisor

At Flynn, we're committed to helping our team members grow and succeed in their careers. As a Roofing Foreman, you'll play a key role in leading our roofing crews and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and lead a team of roofers to ensure productivity and quality on installation of roofing systems, including 4-ply (BUR), modified bitumen, and single-ply (EPDM, TPO, PVC) systems.
- Enforce compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly in regards to health and safety.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and material requirements to ensure timely completion and profitability.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and workplace assessments to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor equipment utilization and maintenance to optimize crew performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field personnel, project managers, and superintendents.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on modified bitumen, BUR, and single-ply roofing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to instruct and mentor apprentices and new workers.
